"I just wanted to let you all know how wonderful Manuel has been since he started here a month ago. He has outperformed every one of my permanent employees since day 2 as far as pick quantities to the conveyor. Yesterday, he picked 5,206 cartons which absolutely blew me away. We have never had a “picker” pick that many cartons in an 8 hour shift. His average per day since he has been with us is 4,043 cartons per day, out performing any full time employee ever. He has not missed a day nor has he ever been late. He never stands arounds and talks, he is constantly working. He is nice and polite and we all are proud of him. If you could clone him, you really should. If companies had more employees like Manuel, costs would be reduced tremendously and efficiencies would skyrocket.
